The sympathetic management of the land to protect and enhance the biodiversity, heritage and landscape quality of the resources that the project will acquire.
The creation of training and employment opportunities by the provision of workspace, buildings, and/or land for use in the refurbishment, repair and re-use of the farm buildings.
To lay the necessary infrastructure to create the opportunities for the community to engage in supported wildlife watching.
